C.P. Company is an Italian brand founded in 1971 in Bologna by Massimo Osti. Originally named Chester Perry, it was renamed C.P. Company in 1978 after a legal dispute. Famous for its groundbreaking garment-dyeing techniques and the 1988 Mille Miglia goggle jacket—with integrated hood goggles and a wrist window for timekeeping—it was acquired by GFT in 1984 and by Carlo Rivetti in 1993. The label remains a staple of urban style and the UK casuals subculture.
