The GEL-NYC sneaker from ASICS is a unisex product made from textiles and rubber. The GEL-NYC combines running heritage with modern innovation. Its upper is inspired by the GEL-NIMBUS 3 from the early 2000s, enhanced with details from the GEL-MC PLUS V, combining suede overlays and breathable mesh underlays for a bold retro look. In contrast, the sole is based on the structure of the GEL-CUMULUS 16, incorporating lightweight foams and GEL® capsules at the front and rear of the foot for optimal cushioning.
